A lot of happenings these past few weeks. Too many events, too many surprises and all. Its unbelievable that I am coping at all.
Lots of visits to various schools in the 3 states within the vicinity of my work place. Lots of interesting people that I have met and dealt with. Its truly amazing.

The climax of it all , is to receive a call requesting my presence, for me to go onboard with these young enterprising and dynamic people , to share my expertise and experiences ,to help and guide them forward, to ease their difficult encounters with those top ranking ministry officials. I have also been asked to opt out early. They are offering a most lucrative position in their organisation.

Hmm, I feel most honoured that I am being appreciated . Little did i know that during those sessions with them around, they appreciate the way I handled the heads of schools and all. I had no idea that they were making plans to get me on board with them.So, when that call came, I was most surprised indeed. Still am.

Hubby was most receptive to that idea. Now ... that was beyond my expectation. I would have thought that he would not agree to it. Surprise , surprise.

And that got me into a bigger dilemma .

So, after a discussion with my junior officer yesterday, he too was most agreeable that I join this organisation. His suggestions is for me to look at other options besides opting for early retirement. Perhaps on secondment to the organisation would be a better alternative.And of course, he had a lot to share on what these young dynamic people thought of me. Interesting it was, most interesting indeed.

So, if at all they are really serious about this, there should be a follow up phone call.

So, I am just going to wait and see.
