No drama today. Everthing kinda cool and smooth.

The big presentation went smoothly. Just that what was discussed at the initial group was not presented at all. Not all of it . Just snipetts here and there.

It was his moment.

I think it was rather unfair for the 69 of us who chipped in , put our heads together and so on . It was a sheer waste of time , really.

Whether or not things will materialise will depend mostly on the commitment of everyone. What is beautiful and perfect on paper may not be so if not properly carried out.

As it is , I see a quite divided camps of idealogies. All the director's men, the enemy's camp, the neutralist, the I don't really care what's going on camp. Hmm...

So, I will have to make a few calculations. whether or not its worth it.

Tough thinking ahead. Perhaps, I should start off with that visit.

Today's presentation has been a most memorable experience to me.

The fact that it stirred a lot of fiery response from the seniors caught me by surprise.

The truth hurts. As far as things go, its best to keep everthing under wraps. Pretend that its okay.

To be told the negative side of things, it is not a good thing.

But , my group mates appreciated my presentation. A good handshake from all.

Now the hornets are all over the place. Lets see what happens next.

Another long day ahead at work today.

In a room with 70 odd people coming together., to discuss and discourse a topic that can be viewed from many angles, if you wish.

There is no right nor wrong. Its a matter of opinion.

But some people are trying to shove it down our throats their opinion is always right. THat was yesterday"s.

So, looking forward to what is in store today.

For the present moment, many of us are just sitting down and observing. No thoughts thrown to the floor.

Too many things to be done. But too tired to make things done.

Is there some kind of super concoctions or supplements out there that not only can alevate my energy level but also put me on a more motivated mood ?

Finally , the reply came in this late afternoon.

Skilfully worded.

But alas, the damage is done.

The sore point, not a word from her earlier. When she was in the know all the while.

Why the deliberate gesture?

And the reasons were not good enough. its going be hard after this.

Perhaps the time has come.

Today I wrote a very strong letter, in reply to a most upsetting piece of news that I got through the mail. I was expecting the bad news, but not to hear it straight from the horse's mouth was most disappointing indeed. Of course they have their reasons but please have the courtesy to tell me straight to the face. That is the expected norm. To not be able to tell it speaks strongly the kind of leadership practised. perhaps it is the culture here. But that is most un proper.For what ever reason it was.

So, when I asked you last week, you denied it point blank. You looked down , no eye contact. That look gave you away.

So, I hope, you will understand the content of the letter. Straight to your face. And I am expecting some proper explanation from you and all concerned.

Just do it , the proper way, the most professional way possible. Don't be a coward. Not good coming from a leader. It tells alot about your personality.
