When one is tuned in to the way things are done in almost very set ways, it becomes quite confusing when decisions are made at the spur of the moment with very little regard to the consequences of such rushed undertakings.
Its as if no thoughts or homework was done at all on matters. Very circus like kinda of atmosphere.
Where is the professionalism in these matters?
And its becoming quite embarrassing to witness such spectacles.But then again, perhaps this is how things are supposed to be in the outside world. But then again, like one person wrote, Its not always the best that reached the top.
Becoming quite disillusioned with the way things are. Don't know how long I can keep up with this.
I suppose the best way to cope with this situation is to just stay in your corner and move on .
