So true. Wherever it may be. The scenario is the same. Its just that the degree varies.

Conflict of interest. Not so. Its just that differences in opinions. From which angle one looks at. and which school of thought. One man best friend can be another man's worst enemy.

But having said that, there must be some sort of rules laid down so that in the midst of wanting to differ, that the respect due must be uphold at all costs.

Professional differences is good for the organisation. But when it gets to be too personal it destroys . It demoralizes , it destructured the whole organisation. it create pockets , it groups people according to their school of thoughts, each wanting to outdo the other. and over a period of time , it becomes deeply rooted that it becomes quite difficult to unravel.

And that is bad.
