Trying out new things.. doing something new that has never been done before. The lockdown has been further extended to the 18th of this month! 24/7 need to be well managed with useful activities ya.
Yesterday evening my husband came back home with 8 freshly plucked mangoes from the tree in front of the house.And just this morning while browsing the internet for interesting recipes to try out, I stumbled upon a page that prescribed a very simplified version /process of making pickled mangoes. Hardly 15 minutes was spent trying out the recipe! All done and put away in the fridge for the prepared liquid to blend into the mangoes . Will have to wait out until tomorrow to taste its outcome. Can’t wait !!
